Payment
If paying by card through Paypal, the billing address you provide must be the same as the address to which your card is registered.
If paying by cheque, please make cheques payable to 'Snudgie’.
Please note that we will not despatch goods until payment has been received through Paypal or personal cheque.
Your Card Security
We guarantee that you will be able to shop with complete confidence. Your card details are encrypted and dealt with by PayPal and are not accessible by anyone at Snudgie. You will receive an e-mail receipt from PayPal of your order.
Pricing and VAT
The price is VAT free.
We reserve the right to change the price of our product at any time in the future.
P&P and Delivery
The packaging and postage charge is included in the price.
If ordering from outside the UK, please add an additional £2 to the price.
In the unlikely event that the Snudgies are damaged or faulty, please contact us in writing within 5 working days to snudgiecomforter@aol.com to let us know, and we will arrange a full refund or exchange and provide you with instructions on returning the item. This is all in addition to your statutory rights. Please do not post items back to us without first informing us.
Returns Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the unused pack of Snudgies to us in its original condition and packaging within 10 working days of receipt for a full refund (excluding postage and packing costs). You will be responsible for paying the return postage cost.
We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit. You are advised to wrap the product carefully to avoid damage. You are also advised to return goods by recorded delivery or registered post. Proof of postage will not be accepted as proof of delivery. Please remember to give us your name and address.
We will refund your money by the same payment method you originally used.
Privacy Policy
Snudgie respect your right to privacy. None of the information we collect is passed on to other parties, except when required as part of the business services we provide for you, or as required under UK law. We may use your email address to contact you about future offers.
We take your privacy and the security of your personal information extremely seriously.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).
We do not send random marketing emails to personal email addresses (spam).
Product Safety and Disclaimer
Snudgies are safety tested in the UK to strict British Safety Standards and we disclaim any responsibility for accidents caused through misuse of our product or accidents caused through use of a Snudgie which has become worn out. We therefore recommend that Snudgies are replaced when any signs of wear are apparent, i.e. loose threads.
